Electronic Notice Board Controlled By SMS Using 8051 Microcontroller





We know that notice boards is primary thing in public places like railway stations, bus stations and airportsHotels, Malls, college, offices and can be used anywhere, even at home.an a separate person is required to take care of this notices display as notices need to be change on day to day basis also it is difficult task required more human efforts.
So to solve this problem here we are introducingElectronic notice board controlled by GSM in this system we can display a message or notice with a simple, fast and reliable wayto some display device like LCD, and this message can be easily set or changed from anywhere in the world, just by using the SMS facility of your mobile handset. Whatever notice we want to display, just send the SMS of that text, it is received and retrieved by the GSM modem at the display unit. It is then sent to the microcontroller that further displays the notice sent from the user on to the electronic notice board which is equipped with a LCD display.

In this project AT89S52 microcontroller is used for controlling the whole process, GSM module (to receive the SMS/message sent from mobile phone and LCD to display the message. the message can be sent through an android application designed in this project, to the GSM module which has a SIM card inside it.Message is need to be send with some suffix and prefix like#Circuit Digest*, #We Welcomes You*through the SMS. Here we have used a prefix in the message string that is ‘#’. This prefix is used to identify the starting of the message or notice. And ‘*’ is used as suffix to indicate the end of the message or notice.
 When we send SMS from mobile phone to GSM module then GSM receives that SMS and sends it to microcontroller. Now microcontroller read this SMS and extract main notice message from the received string and stores in another string.  And then sends the extracted message to 16x2 LCD by using appropriate commands.The device can be used anywhere irrespective of the place of deployment provided mobile network connectivity is available.

Android Controlled Pick And Place Robotic Arm Vehicle


In pick n place robotic vehicle with holding gripper. For example, it can safely handle a bomb very carefully to avoid explosion while catching. Control using android application 
At the transmitting end we use android application device, commands are sent to the receiver to control the movement of the robot either to move forward, backward and left or right etc. At the receiving end two motors are interfaced to the micro-controller which controls the movement of the vehicle.
The android application device transmitter acts as a remote control that has the advantage of adequate range, while the receiver end Bluetooth device attach to the micro-controller and its drives DC motors via motor driver IC. And also control the arm Grip to pick and place part motor movement .
The main advantage of this robot is its soft catching arm that is designed to avoid extra pressure on the suspected object for safety reasons.

Android Controlled Remote Ac Power Control Project



AC Power Control System this project is to control AC power to load remotely with altering voltages applied to this to it with the help of Android application devices or smart phone.
The proposed system uses a AT89S52 micro-controller of the 8051 family and a rectifier power supply. In this system, the op-amp used as a comparator for finding zero crossing of the voltages.  In this system, the 230AC lamp is controlled by thyristors which are connected to the micro-controller with help of opto-isolator. The isolator is used for isolating the loads from the micro-controller control section. A Bluetooth module is connected to the micro-controller for communication.

The AC power is controlled by triggering Pulses from the micro-controller. The micro-controller receives the control signal from the Android application and set the desired output supply to switch thyristors to control the loads Supply.

In This Smaru Voice controlled home automation System helps to control the electrical appliances based on Voice input. Here Bluetooth device input signal from android App via Smaru Phone. This system is especially beneficial those who find it difficult to walk and operate the electrical switches to turn on or off the appliances. This Smaru system solves this issue as now the user just give voice commands to turn on or off the appliances. All these loads can be individually turned ON/OFF or all loads at the same time. This system solves the issue by interfacing a unit with home appliances that Normal switches these loads based on the input received from android device. The Android app also provides an effective GUI for providing this functionality.
This system makes use of microcontroller. The Bluetooth receiver is interfaced with microcontroller to accept the commands and then work accordingly. It operates the loads through a set of relays using a relay driver IC. Relays are used between loads and the control unit. This Smaru system thus can be used in many Area where domestic applications and in industrial setups.

Robots are smart machines that can be programmed and used in many areas such as industry, manufacturing, production lines, or health, etc. Today human-machine interaction is moving away from mouse and pen and is becoming pervasive and much more compatible with the physical world. With each new day the gap between machines humans is being bridged with the introduction of new technologies to ease the standard of living.
So here we introduce robotic vehicle controlled by android application system It controls a robotic vehicle from an android application by using Bluetooth technology interfaced to the control unit on the robot for sensing the signals transmitted by the android application and microcontroller operates the robot movements.

In the system First the Bluetooth module hc05 will receive the command from the android application blue controland it will give this command to micro-controller for processing. And then the micro-controller will process the command according to the coding whether it is to move the car in left/right/forward or backward direction and Almost every mechanical movement that we see around us is accomplished by an electric motor so the car will move through dc motor as per instructions.

if you press right button then car will move on right directions, if u press down button on application then car will come backward directions. This project can be used as a toy which is controlled by the mobile phone.
