We know that in industries, loads are distributed over large distances, At present, they are physically controlled which makes it complex to organize the lighting with the particular scene and it is not convenient to operate all those equipment time to time and it is also time to consume.For distant controlling and monitoring of different loads and by means of efficient power usage we are introducing android based programmable sequential load operation controlled system.
in this we can switch the industrial loads using programmable device and android application for sequential operation. Remote operation is achieved by any smart phone with android OS upon a GUI based touch operation.In industries, there are many tasks are carried out which requires some repeated operation in various orders and time intervals sothe objective of this project is to facilitate the loads, that are to be operated either manually or automatically, by using remote Android mobile

The project is designed to operate loads using relays interfaced to a 8051 microcontroller through remotely operated commands to it by touch screen based user friendly GUI on any smart phone with Android applicationsto control the system initiates the operation of the circuit. This entire system works on Bluetooth that is attached to the circuit.
Microcontroller is programmed in such a way that the loads a can be operated in three modes: Set mode, Auto mode and Manual mode.
In set mode, through timers, the machinery works based on input time set by the user where as in auto mode it works on default time settings and finally in the manual mode it functions while respective switches are pressed depending on the user’s need and flexibility Whenever the corresponding button to auto-mode is pressed in the Android phone, the microcontroller senses that signal and correspondingly switches the loads set by the user. All the modes and status of loads are displayed on an LCD.

In pick n place robotic vehicle with holding gripper. For example, it can safely handle a bomb very carefully to avoid explosion while catching. Control using android application 
At the transmitting end we use android application device, commands are sent to the receiver to control the movement of the robot either to move forward, backward and left or right etc. At the receiving end two motors are interfaced to the micro-controller which controls the movement of the vehicle.
The android application device transmitter acts as a remote control that has the advantage of adequate range, while the receiver end Bluetooth device attach to the micro-controller and its drives DC motors via motor driver IC. And also control the arm Grip to pick and place part motor movement .
The main advantage of this robot is its soft catching arm that is designed to avoid extra pressure on the suspected object for safety reasons.

Android Controlled Remote AC Power Control

Android Controlled Remote Ac Power Control Project



AC Power Control System this project is to control AC power to load remotely with altering voltages applied to this to it with the help of Android application devices or smart phone.
The proposed system uses a AT89S52 micro-controller of the 8051 family and a rectifier power supply. In this system, the op-amp used as a comparator for finding zero crossing of the voltages.  In this system, the 230AC lamp is controlled by thyristors which are connected to the micro-controller with help of opto-isolator. The isolator is used for isolating the loads from the micro-controller control section. A Bluetooth module is connected to the micro-controller for communication.

The AC power is controlled by triggering Pulses from the micro-controller. The micro-controller receives the control signal from the Android application and set the desired output supply to switch thyristors to control the loads Supply.

And also we can control the speed of car

Android Control Smart Car here First the Bluetooth module hc05 will receive the command from the android application. And it will give this command to micro-controller for processing. And then the micro-controller will process the command according to the coding whether it is to move the car in left/right/forward or backward direction and also the head light taillight and buzzer and Almost every mechanical movement that we see around us is accomplished by an electric motor so the car will move through dc motor as per instructions.
This project can be used as a toy which is controlled by the mobile phone. And it can also work as in robot for doing mini robotic activities such as spying and many things.

Android Password Based Remote Door Opener System Project

Android Based Password Door Open System



Our project aims at remote password based door opener system through an android application. The system tends to make a secure door opening mechanism such that the door only unlocks when a security personnel opens it by entering the right password through an android application. The authorised person needs to be present within Bluetooth range of the door but need not open the door manually. He just needs to enter the right password through his android application in order to unlock the door. This is a useful concept in places where the security needs to open gates quite usually or need to operate a door from a vehicle without needing to get down from it.
      The command sending functionality is achieved through an android application.   The application provides an interactive user friendly GUI for this purpose. The android application can be operated from any device running on android OS and uses Bluetooth as a medium for sending commands.
As soon as commands are sent through the android device a Bluetooth receiver is used to receive those commands. These commands are then sent to the 8051 micro-controller. The micro-controller processes these commands and then tallies the password to check its correctness. If the right password is encountered it sends command to open the door.

Notice Board is important thing in any institution / organisation or public places like bus stations, railway stations and so. But sticking paper various notices is a difficult process. For that person is required to take care of this notices display. This project is an advanced smart notice board.
The main aim of the project is to develop a wireless notice board that displays notices when a message is sent from the user’s android application phone or device which achieved by any smart-phone/Tablet etc., with Android OS, upon a GUI (Graphical User Interface) based touch screen operation.
While the user sends the message from the android application device, it is received and receives by the Bluetooth module at the display system. The Bluetooth will access password. It is then sent to the micro-controller that to displays the notice sent from the user on to the notice board which is equipped with a LCD display. It uses a 8051 micro controller

In This Smaru Voice controlled home automation System helps to control the electrical appliances based on Voice input. Here Bluetooth device input signal from android App via Smaru Phone. This system is especially beneficial those who find it difficult to walk and operate the electrical switches to turn on or off the appliances. This Smaru system solves this issue as now the user just give voice commands to turn on or off the appliances. All these loads can be individually turned ON/OFF or all loads at the same time. This system solves the issue by interfacing a unit with home appliances that Normal switches these loads based on the input received from android device. The Android app also provides an effective GUI for providing this functionality.
This system makes use of microcontroller. The Bluetooth receiver is interfaced with microcontroller to accept the commands and then work accordingly. It operates the loads through a set of relays using a relay driver IC. Relays are used between loads and the control unit. This Smaru system thus can be used in many Area where domestic applications and in industrial setups.
